Jamburritos creator and head chef, Michael Brown, studied Creole cooking in New Orleans before perfecting and creating his own spin on Cajun food, conveniently wrapped in a tortilla and served as an easy-to-eat burrito.
Described as a mobile Cajun eatery, Brown’s food truck travels around the Valley serving Jambalaya wrapped up in a burrito.
It was born out of his fascination with the burrito. These delicious Cajun burritos are stuffed with all the New Orleans favorites, like Andouille sausage, shrimp, rice, Creole, and Etouffee sauce, to name a few.
Dishes like BBQ catfish, vegetarian collard green casserole, and bananas foster a la mode will keep guests coming back for more.
