Cooking with the Pros is a mission-driven event dedicated to educating, entertaining and enriching its guests with programming and experiences to build a connection between fine food and community. Singh Meadows will host this event with fund-raising elements incorporated to support local charities.
At the center of Cooking with the Pros is a three-stage competition featuring nine teams of celebrity chefs who take on some of the best professional athletes in a cook off. A celebrity panel of three judges will determine the winners.
Singh Meadows’s lush courtyard will come alive with many free interactive activities including cookware demonstrations, live music, master nutritionist Christina Jordan, food sampling, fashion pop ups and more.
Our beer & wine garden offers guests the opportunity to let their pallets travel the flavor spectrum with more than 20 beer and wine choices to sip and savor while doing good at the same time, 25% off all proceeds from the Beer & Wine Garden will go to Operation Project Peace.
Additional elements to this event include a VIP dinner with Chef Einav, autograph sessions, celebrity interviews, technology pavilion, speed painters with paintings auctioned to raise funds for local charities.
Cooking with The Pros – Saturday September 26th 2020. Meet and greet, autograph signing from 8:00am– 9:00am. 3 rounds- 9 teams compete with one winner from each round, the 3 finalists compete for the top prize. All finalists will earn money for their charity. Partial proceeds are donated the charity of each teams’ choice.
Ages 12 and under are admitted for free in marked area. They are not allowed in the Beer and wine Garden at anytime.
No, however, you may take your alcoholic beverage from the Beer & Wine Garden to the Main Cook-Off area only.

Convenient free parking is available at the following locations:
- East front parking lot and in the covered parking rear of the mall
- Biltmore Fashion Park rear Garage off 24th Street
There are ATMs located throughout the event grounds. All vendors will accept cash, and many accept credit cards too. Event promoters are not responsible for ATM’s not working or any malfunctions.
Unfortunately no, we do not allow pets of any kind, and we only permit service dogs for people who are visually impaired.
We believe that come rain or shine this event will be something the community loves. We are proud to announce that come rain or shine we will bring a great event your way.

Yes, the First Aid Tent will be located outside in the front venue area parking lot.
Yes, we want to provide the safest event possible. However, if anyone is not abiding by the posted rules and guidelines, they can be removed from the event as well as the mall by the assigned and approved security .
